How do I register for the congress?
Registration will open in January 2026. You’ll be able to register online via the official website. A direct link will be shared here once available.
What’s included in the registration fee?
- Full access to all conference sessions

Are there discounts for students?
Yes! Students pay a reduced fee of €350 (proof of status may be required).
Can I register after May 1st, 2026?
Yes, but the participant fee increases to €630 (students remain at €350).

Can I bring a guest to the congress?
Guests can join social events only (subject to availability):
- Welcome cocktail: €35/person

- Note: Guests do not have access to conference sessions.

What’s the weather like in June?
Expect mild and pleasant temperatures — around 18–20°C during the day and cooler evenings (~14–15°C), with a gentle ocean breeze. A light jacket and a few layers will keep you comfortable.
And yes, this is Brittany — so you might meet our famous “crachin breton”, a light misty drizzle that comes and goes as quickly as a seagull spotting a crêpe. But don’t let it fool you: the sun is never far behind, and the locals? They’re still swimming in the sea, rain or shine! So pack with flexibility in mind, and maybe even a swimsuit — just in case you feel inspired.

What’s the cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation, half the fee will be retained. After 15 May 2026, we won’t be able to offer refunds. Thanks for your understanding!
